Darran Metzler with JRC was very professional in his approach to the repairs needed at our home and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. Repairs needed were solar panels, roofing, gutters, windows, drywall repair, and painting. All done with the highest professionalism. I highly recommend Darran and JRC Exteriors.

My wife and I had contracted JRC to replaced the windows in our home. Quite a few were damaged in the May, 2023 hail storm, and the others were just old with leaking seals, etc. Gary and Dario were excellent to work with, as was their installation team. JRC did a great job through the entire process, from helping us select the window vendor, to measuring and ordering, getting the installation done in a timely fashion, including reworking a lot of window trim, coordinating work with our general contractor who was handling many other post-storm repairs (!), cleaning up after the work was complete, and subsequently following up to replace a damaged screen. Some windows were damaged in shipping/delivery and Gary and Dario worked with us and the window manufacturer to get that quickly addressed. These are good folks and I would happily do business with them again.

As the result of storm damage about half our windows and two exterior doors sustained damage and needed replacement. Dario and his crew handled this process start to finish including meeting with the insurance adjuster during the initial assessment, timely submission of estimates, excellent communications/explanations, timely and continuing follow-up with the insurance company throughout the process and most importantly successful high quality project completion. Superior knowledge of window and door replacement were coupled with excellent, professional installation. If and when we need window or door replacement in the future, we will use JRC Exterior Solutions. Totally recommended!!!

The company were quick to show up to our damaged house after a hail storm to make sure we didn't need to have wood on the windows. Many homes did. They double checked to make sure which windows that we needed and measured. They took care of us right away. Many homes have had to wait for windows. Considering that Colorado had several major storms we did not have to wait long.
Employees were professional and were careful around our furniture. I would use them again.

We needed some windows replaced due to a hail storm and working with JRC was a breeze. Quick estimating with Dario and then confirming. The install of 10 windows, including 2 large second story windows was great. Even when the factory messed up the order, Dario made sure that everything was right before invoicing.

Dario and his crew were great from very start to the end. When the crew was at our house they laid blankets down on our floors to protect them and did a great job of making sure the house was cleaner then when they found it. I highly recommend JRC Exterior Solutions.

Best contractor EVER! Gary always returns calls right away and communicates regularly. Our home was trashed in the 2023 hailstorm. What could have been a nightmare experience was completely handled by Gary and his team, from the initial visit, to working with my insurance and making sure everything was repaired to my satisfaction. Gary took all my stress and did everything. Seriously, this is the only number you need.

The new sliding glass door patio door that JRC installed is a fabulous improvement to our home. The blind inside the glass make a sleek and modern look. This feature is easy to use. We noticed that noise from outside is substantially reduced and that we are much cooler because the insulation is keeping out the summer heat. We are certain that it will help our heating bills in the winter.
They showed up on time, very professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up...vacuumed four times. This is a great company!
